1 Introduction

718pub is an online gaming platform licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration process

You may not use a pseudonym, nickname, or any name other than your legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) verification

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit processing

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, or other e-wallet services are typically credited to your 718pub wallet within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay may take up to thirty (30) minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one (1) banking day. 718pub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that belongs to the registered718pub account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited. Before your first withdrawal, your718pub account must have completed KYC verification. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals requested during normal processing hours are typically completed within the same day for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers may take one to two banking days.

4.4 Anti-money laundering obligations

In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) and PAGCOR regulations, 718pub is required to monitor transactions, report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and conduct enhanced due diligence on high-value transactions. 718pub reserves the right to delay, withold, or report any transaction that appears inconsistent with normal gaming activity or that raises AML concerns, without prior notice to the account holder where disclosure would be legally prohibited.

5 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General betting rules

All bets placed on 718pub are subject to the specific rules of the game or event on which the bet is placed, as displayed in the relevant game lobby or bet slip at the time of wagering. By confirming a bet, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules and odds. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled or amended by the player after the betting window has closed.

5.2 Void and cancelled events

If a sporting event, sabong fight, or other event on which bets have been placed is cancelled, postponed, or declared void in accordance with the applicable rules, 718pub will refund all confirmed bets for that event to the players' walets. 5.3 Obvious errors

718pub reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that result from a manifest error — including but not limited to typographical errors in odds, technical malfunctions, or data feed failures. 718pub will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct obvious errors promptly. Any winings derived from an obvious error may be reclaimed by 718pub pending review.

5.4 Sabong-specific rules

All online sabong offered on 718pub is conducted via live streaming from PAGCOR-licensed cockpits. Talpakan (betting windows) open and close according to the schedule of the hosting cockpit and are controlled by the cockpit's officiating team, not by 718pub. The outcome of each sabong fight is determined by the hosting cockpit's official referee in accordance with the Philippine cockfighting rulebook. 718pub does not interfere with fight outcomes.

5.5 Card game rules

All card games, including Tongits and Poker, are governed by the rules displayed in the respective game lobby on718pub. Card dealing uses a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently tested for fairness. Any player found to be using software, bots, collusion with other players, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage will have their account immediately suspended and all winings forfeited.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

718pub may offer bonuses, cashback, free bets, referal rewards, and other promotional benefits to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside the promotion at the time of offer. The following general conditions apply to all 718pub promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the player

You may request closure of your 718pub account at any time by contacting customer support at support@718pub.best. Upon closure, any balance remaining in your account wallet will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and AML compliance checks. Please allow up to five (5) business days for the closure and final settlement to be processed.

8.2 Suspension or closure by 718pub

718pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 718pub platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension and may result in referal to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account under any name or payment method
• Using another person's identity or payment method to register or fund an account
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or exploit the platform
• Coluding with other players in card games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or event, including but not limited to match-fixing

• Using the 718pub platform for money laundering, including deliberately making deposits with no intent to wager
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 718pub staff, other players, or live dealers
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any 718pub content, software, or intellectual property without written authorisation

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 718pub platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, video streams, logos, and the 718pub brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of 718pub or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 718pub.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the 718pub platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence terminates automatically upon closure or suspension of your account for any reason.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 718pub shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions outside718pub's direct control
• Delays by third-party payment processors in crediting deposits or processing withdrawals

• Actions taken by PAGCOR, AMLC, or other regulatory authorities in relation to your account

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits718pub's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

Data sharing with regulatory bodies such as PAGCOR and AMLC occurs where required by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

718pub reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the 718pub platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.1.

The version of the Terms and Conditions applicable to any historical transaction is the version that was in effect at the time the transaction occurred, not the current version.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the 718pub platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila unless otherwise required by PAGCOR regulations.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact 718pub customer support to seek an informal resolution. 718pub is committed to responding to all written complaints within five (5) business days. Where a dispute relates to a PAGCOR-regulated matter, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures may apply in addition to or in lieu of formal litigation.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court where immediate action is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
